Subsidized Training for Local Agencies

The California Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) is a jointly funded effort between the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) to provide local governments with training, information, technology, and direct assistance in order to help improve their transportation infrastructure.  Caltrans contracts with UC Berkeley, Institute of Transportation Studies to provide this training.
