Caltrans Division of Local Assistance is presenting a series of training classes on Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Consultant Contract Compliance.
The revised Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) Form 10-C Consultant Contract Reviewer’s Checklist will be introduced accompanied by the new procedure. This new procedure will be in effect starting October 1, 2017, requiring all agencies to obtain acceptance of Exhibit 10-C prior to contract award.
We highly recommend that anyone who manages or is involved with the procurement of A&E consultant contracts attend this training to learn how to avoid the risk of noncompliance.
