New A&E 10-C Process In Effect as of October 1

Effective October 1, all Architectural & Engineering (A&E) consultant contracts require an accepted Exhibit 10-C prior to contract award per Division of Local Assistance Office Bulletin 17-02 (DLA-OB 17-02), A&E Consultant Contract Review. Please confirm you are using the updated Exhibit 10-C located on the Local Assistance Procedures Manual forms page under Chapter 10.

For clarification, the Audits & Investigation (A&I) Financial Review and Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) approval applies to both State and Federal contracts greater than $150,000.

The Division of Local Assistance will be hosting an online webinar in October for those unable to attend one of the twenty-four 2-Hr Intensive Exhibit 10-C training classes offered throughout the state in September. Information on this webinar will be released within the next two weeks by email notification and on our A&E blog page here.
