Caltrans Division of Local Assistance is hosting an online webinar on Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Consultant Contract Compliance.
The revised Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) Form 10-C Consultant Contract Reviewer’s Checklist will be introduced accompanied by the new procedure. This new procedure went into effect October 1, 2017, requiring all agencies to obtain acceptance of Exhibit 10-C prior to contract award.
