Request for Volunteers to Develop Guidance on Vehicle Costs on A&E Contracts

Caltrans Independent Office of Audits and Investigations (A&I) is in its beginning stages of developing guidelines on how Architectural and Engineering firms should support vehicle costs on contracts with Local Agencies and with Caltrans.  We are looking for one or two representatives from local agencies to participate in a planning meeting with other stakeholders to discuss areas that should be considered when developing this guidance.

The meeting is scheduled from 1-3 pm on Thursday, January 25th at A&I’s office at 1304 O Street, Suite 200 in the Main Conference Room.
