Managing and controlling dust generation from unsurfaced roads preserves the agencies’ material investments, reduces the frequency of maintenance, maintains ride condition, enhances safety, and improves air quality.  Attend a webinar, hosted by FHWA, Center for Local-Aid, on Environmentally-Friendly Dust Management.  This webinar will focus on agency environmental dust management examples of reducing PM10 levels in Clark County, Nevada; being environmentally effective on U.S. Army installations; and understanding biobased products and the biopreferred program.
