On May 17, 2018, Caltrans Division of Local Assistance and the RTPA Group hosted a workshop on Project Delivery to help Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO’s) and Regional Transportation Planning Agencies (RTPA’s) prepare to support project sponsors in their efforts to deliver projects. The intent of the workshop was to review project delivery roles and responsibilities to ensure effective project implementation.
