This Office Bulletin updates the dollar threshold for Headquarter (HQ) Division of Local Assistance (DLA) review of Contract Goals (Exhibit 9-D) and Good Faith Effort (GFE) evaluations.
Most notably, this is a reminder to send ALL contract goals (Exhibit 9-D) and GFE evaluations (Exhibit 9-E) to your District Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Coordinator for review and acceptance, regardless of contract amount.
