Attention Interested Parties of FTA Section 5311, 5311(f), and CMAQ:
The Annual Call for Projects for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2025 is here. This packet includes instructions for Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), Regional Transportation Planning Agencies (RTPAs), and Transit Agencies regarding project submissions and regional apportionments for Formula 5311 funds.
Caltrans would like to emphasize the importance of accurate fund programming, especially as it relates to non-rural allocations. Please ensure the funding year and type (5311, 5311(f), CMAQ) are clearly identified in your applications. The programmed amounts should not exceed or fall below 20% of the allocated amount for Fiscal Year 2025–26.
