Due to popular demand, the Caltrans Division of Local Assistance and the California Local Technical Assistance Program (CALTAP) are hosting a second session for Labor Compliance! This two-day live online course is designed to teach local public agency staff prevailing wage requirements and how to apply these skills in practice, including reviewing and confirming certified payroll records and on-site documentation. Through hands-on exercises and instructional aides, attendees will learn how to comply with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, the Code of Federal Regulations, the California Labor Code, and California Code of Regulations while implementing all public works contracts.
