Signs and pavement markings visible to nighttime motorists are essential in keeping them on the road. Adequately maintaining the nighttime visibility of these traffic control devices can be a challenge for road owners. In this free webinar, attendees will hear how the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) are tackling the maintenance of these devices. Learn how TxDOT has developed an innovative methodology to track both the life cycle of traffic control devices and evaluate their retro-reflectivity in real time. In addition, there will be a discussion of the pros and cons of these new methods as well as the decision-making process behind implementation.
