Webinar Recording: Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Process

The recording link for the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification Process webinar is now available. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife’s Lake and Streambed Alteration Program (LSA Program) is responsible for issuing LSA Agreements when activities in and around rivers, lakes, and streams may substantially adversely affect fish and wildlife resources. Project proponents must submit a Notification through the online system EPIMS when a project may substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change or use any material from the bed, channel, or bank of any river, stream, or lake. The LSA Program provides an overview of the Notification Process and offers guidance for submitting complete Notifications.

Training topics included:
• Understanding the LSA Notification Process
• Resources for a Notification Submission
• Submitting an LSA Notification

Industry professionals involved in securing, planning, and implementing environmental permits for construction projects and mitigating their environmental impact are encouraged to watch. For questions or comments, please contact Kylie Swartz or Danielle Elledge.
