This month’s Innovation Exchange webinar puts the spotlight on road safety innovations emerging from across the country. Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Centers are on the front lines, supporting local agencies with training, tools, and technical know-how to improve safety outcomes. California’s LTAP Center is hosted by the Center for International Trade & Transportation at California State University Long Beach or CALTAP.
This session will showcase successful, field-tested strategies developed and implemented by LTAPs to reduce roadway fatalities and serious injuries. From low-cost infrastructure improvements to community-driven safety initiatives, these innovations are tailored to meet the unique needs of local and rural road systems.
