This 2-day live online course teaches local agency staff the prevailing wage requirements and how to apply them in practice, including reviewing and confirming certified payroll records and on-site documentation.
Through hands-on exercises and instructional aides, attendees will learn how to comply with the Davis-Bacon and related acts, Code of Federal Regulations, California Labor Code, and California Code of Regulations while implementing all public works contracts.
