Effective immediately, Office Bulletin #25-05 replaces Exhibit 17-C: Final Inspection Form and Exhibit 17-G: Materials Certification of the LAPM Chapter 17: Project Completion with Chapter 16: Administer Construction Contracts Exhibit 16-F and Exhibit 16-E respectively. Additionally, Exhibit 17-B: Final Inspection of Federal-Aid Project (FHWA 1446C) has been retired.
Exhibit 17-C and Exhibit 17-G will no longer be required as part of the Final Report of Expenditures submittals. Submittal of Exhibit 16-F: Final Inspection Form to the District Local Assistance Engineer (DLAE) is encouraged to occur prior to contract acceptance by the agency. Submittal of Exhibit 16-E: Materials Certification to the DLAE must be done upon completion of construction by the agency Resident Engineer.
