New ATP Progress Report Posted & Deadline Extended

The deadline for the current round of Active Transportation Program (ATP) progress reports has been extended from October 8th to October 16th. Please note, the updated ATP progress report and instructions has been posted on the ATP Project Reporting page.

If an ATP Progress Report was submitted with the previously used form (that was removed from the Caltrans website after the 9/5/18 deadline) for this October 2018 round of reports due, it will be considered received on time. However, the report must be re-submitted on the new form by October 19, 2018.  Senate Bill 1 (SB1) Accountability and Transparency Guidelines require that a report is due for Caltrans to present to the Commission in December. The reporting schedule is posted on Caltrans ATP Reporting webpage.

The form was updated to provide the following efficiencies:

  1. Reports are submitted directly to a database
  2. If users make changes to an already submitted report and re-submit, it will overwrite the previously submitted report
  3. Users will receive a confirmation email the form was successfully submitted
    a. Form must be submitted from a desktop computer
    b. Work with your internal IT regarding any firewall issues and trusting the pdf document

Please contact Mary Hartegan, Program Coordinator, ATP/SB1 Reporting at mary.hartegan@dot.ca.gov or (916) 653-6930.

*This deadline extension does not apply to Trade Corridor Enhancement Program (TCEP), Solutions for Congested Corridor Program (SCCP) and Local Partnership Program (LPP) Competitive progress reports due by October 8th.
