ATP Project Progress Reporting

Upon the adoption of Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) Accountability and Transparency Guidelines by the California Transportation Commission (CTC), the Active Transportation Program (ATP) reporting provisions have changed. All reporting provisions specified in the SB 1 Accountability and Transparency Guidelines now apply to ALL ATP projects (no longer dependent on initial programming year), including the report content, submission timeline and consequences for noncompliance.

This notification serves as the 30-day notice/reminder that your agency’s ATP Progress Report is due for review at the October 2018 CTC Meeting. Due to processing times, these reports are due to Caltrans by Wednesday, September 5th. This Project Progress Report covers the period of March 2018 through August 2018. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Agencies should use the Project Progress Report template that will be posted on the ATP Reporting Webpage by mid-August.

For questions, please contact Mary Hartegan, Caltrans, ATP & SB1 Project & Program Reporting, at mary.hartegan@dot.ca.gov or (916) 653-6930.
