On January 29-30, 2020, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Caltrans and the California LTAP Center is offering a class on Highway Program Funding by the National Highway Institute. The standard fee for this class is usually $425 per person but the CA LTAP is subsidizing a portion of the fee for local agency staff, reducing the fee to only $175. Register Here
