Effective immediately, a new email address, ICAP-ICRP@dot.ca.gov, will be used to communicate the following Indirect Cost Allocation Plan/Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (ICAP/ICRP) Submission Review information:
- Submit Submission Review requests and packages
- Distribute final Submission Review letters and certifications
- Submit and respond to general Submission Review questions
Please use ICAP-ICRP@dot.ca.gov for any correspondence for ICAP/ICRP Submission Reviews.
