Caltrans is in the process of updating our Right of Way processes and manuals. Right of Way includes Real Property Services (Property Management and Excess Land Disposal). As part of the update process, we’d like your feedback on how you interact with Caltrans and how much you currently use our Right of Way manuals. The results of the survey will tell the Department where we are currently with our oversight activities and where we need to improve.
