Caltrans Division of Local Assistance is kicking off a new round of Earmark Repurposing. To be eligible for the 2020 cycle of repurposing, an earmark must have been: designated on or before September 30, 2009; be eligible for the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program; within 25 miles of the original earmark location; and either
– Less than 10 percent of earmark funds obligated, or
– Final vouchered and closed if more than 10 percent earmark funds are obligated.
