The Architectural and Engineering (A&E) short video training series now includes the topic: ICE and Cost Analysis. Learn about what ICE and Cost Analysis are as defined in 23 CFR 172 and how to use the ICE and Cost Analysis tools.
Also included is the profit/fee determination tool. You can use the profit/fee determination tool separately or with the ICE tool.
