You are invited to attend the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) Traffic Congestion Measures Office Hours. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the second performance period measure applicability and about the measures themselves. FHWA staff will briefly describe applicability (State Departments of Transportation and Metropolitan Planning Organizations), the metric and measure calculations, and then hold a Question and Answer session.
