Caltrans Division of Local Assistance has partnered with the California Regional Transportation Planning Agencies Group (CalRTPA Group) to develop an additional venue to share information, provide overviews of local project delivery policies, processes, and procedures, and to facilitate peer-sharing of local and regional agency best-practices from across the state.
Event Topics:
• Resources for State Programs, Federal Programs updates, and LTAP & CTAP training opportunities.
• Overviews of Local Agency and A&E consultant contract Indirect Cost Rate Proposals/Indirect Cost Allocation Plan submittal, review and audit process; high-risk items for submitting Exhibit 10c; final invoices and final reports of expenditures.
• Best-practices in regional project delivery coordination with the Sacramento Area Council of Governments.
