On March 1, 2023, the Caltrans Independent Office of Audits & Investigations issued a final audit report for the County of Yolo (County). The audit covered the County’s Indirect Cost Allocation Plan (ICAP) for fiscal year 2020-21. The final audit report resulted in no findings and agreed with the originally submitted ICAP.
