Emergency Relief (ER) projects are required to reach Construction Authorization (E76 CON) within two Federal Fiscal Years (FFYs), after the FFY of the begin date of the Disaster event. To help local public agencies (LPAs) endeavor, Caltrans Division of Local Assistance and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will be hosting a free webinar overviewing this important requirement for ER projects. A comprehensive review of the ER Time Extension Request Form will be provided. LPAs with active ER projects from FFY 2021, and earlier, are strongly encouraged to attend.
