Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) Chapter 6: Environmental Procedures
The Division of Local Assistance (DLA) has embarked on a project to reduce Preliminary Environmental Study (PES) Form to evaluate and reduce processing errors, during summer and fall of 2023. The DLA team has solicited assistance from local public agencies or consulting firms who have completed the PES Form to help identify opportunities to streamline and improve the process. An update of the primary metrics have shifted from ‘processing time’ to focus on ‘reducing processing errors’.
