Update to Exhibit 12-G: Required Federal-aid Contract Language
In response to recent changes in federal regulations, Exhibit 12-G: Required Federal-aid Contract Language of the Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) has been updated to incorporate two significant revisions related to Buy America and the Davis-Bacon regulations (previously posted and full details here).
Caltrans Division of Local Assistance (DLA) Office Bulletin #23-04 highlights these policy changes and provides guidance for their implementation.
