Caltrans is holding virtual public meetings on the 2024 Caltrans Disparity Study. In April 2024 there are four opportunities to speak and participate in the latest disparity study. The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has commissioned BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) to conduct a disparity study to understand conditions in the local marketplace and collect information required for Caltrans to establish its next triennial Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal.
