Join from any location to explore the methods and practices of using maintenance management systems (MMS) to effectively support and operate a highway network.  Course materials thoroughly incorporate the AASHTO Guidelines for Maintenance Management Systems, the Transportation Asset Management Guide, and several other recent publications on the topic. These materials are supplemented with examples from State and local highway agencies to illustrate principle applications.

Join NHI’s newest and most innovative training. You will participate in learning activities and classroom discussions during three live Web-conference training (WCT) sessions facilitated by one of NHI’s highly-rated instructors. You’ll also gain insights through a variety of complementary Web-based training (WBT) assignments. NHI’s WCTs are live, highly interactive, virtual classrooms where learners engage with their peers and work directly with the instructor. All sessions are facilitated by nationally-recognized technical experts with extensive instructor qualifications.  Man working from home on laptop computer
Who Should Register?  This training was designed for maintenance engineers, maintenance supervisors, and asset managers who are responsible for directing and managing maintenance operations and budgets, maintenance project and treatment selection, and/or the monitoring of system conditions.

Participant Responsibilities: Complete seven (7) Web-based lessons (1 – 1.5 hours each) assigned before and after each live WCT session to demonstrate key concepts and promote group discussions.

Participate in three (3) Web-conferences (2 hours each). All lessons and virtual classroom sessions can be completed remotely. Due to the interactive nature of the course, everyone must attend all three live WCT sessions.  You will need a telephone line and a computer with internet access to participate.

This course has been approved for 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). You must pass the online test at the end of the course to qualify for CEUs.
