The changes include:
• Minor bug fixes
• Expanded language in the List of Utilities section as identified in Local Programs Procedures 20-01 with a checkbox added to indicate the Local Public Agency’s acknowledgment of their obligations when seeking federal reimbursement
Exhibit 13-F: Local Public Agency Real Property Services Checklist has been revised. The May 2021 is now available and supersedes the October 2020 version.

• Clarifies language that Local Agencies should retain a Property Management file which includes pertinent documents
• Clarifies that Exhibit 13-F is to be submitted to and concurred by the District Local Assistance office
