On October 21, 2022, the Caltrans Independent Office of Audits & Investigations issued a final audit report for the City of Santa Barbara (City). The audit covered the City’s Indirect Cost Allocation Plan (ICAP) for fiscal year 2021-22. The final audit report resulted in no findings and agreed with the originally submitted ICAP.
