The Federal Highway Administration’s National Highway Institute (NHI) is now offering Basic Nonresidential Relocation Under the Uniform Act (FHWA-NHI-141056) training. This course consists of both Web-based training (WBT) and Web-conference training (WCT). Learners will focus on understanding the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act) and its regulation’s sensitivity toward nonresidential displaced persons to ensure they are treated fairly, consistently, equitably, and do not suffer disproportionate injuries as a result of Federal or federally assisted projects.
